Yes, it is possible to reserve a parking space online until 1 hour before the beginning of the reservation. The reservation can be made with or without registration. If you are already registered, please log in to the reservation system with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password online.

The maximum entrance clearance height is 1.95 m. Larger vehicles can use Car Park Nord or P1.
Customers can park their motorcycle or motor scooter at the regular parking garage 2 rate in the separate security area (multi-storey car park 2, level 4, section D).
To do so, please use the new entrance, which leads from the motorway to level 4 in P2. Please do not take a regular ticket at the entrance barrier, but use the speech function. You will then be issued a ticket and the barrier will be opened manually. The staff in the multi-storey car park will then open the security area for you to park the motorcycle or motor scooter there.
After parking, you must validate your ticket at the pay station (next to the pay booth) at the regular P2 rate. Please visit the pay booth upon return. The staff will then open the security area for you. Please activate the speech function again at the exit barrier, and then the barrier will then be opened again manually.
Questions about entry and exit
Provided that you arrive within the booked rental period (or the valid grace periods according to your reservation confirmation), the barrier will recognise your identification medium and open.
If you stored your number plate details when making your reservation, the barrier will open automatically via number plate recognition. You can always hold the QR code that is on your reservation confirmation up to the QR code reader and open the barrier. If you have paid for your reservation by credit card, this can be used as an alternative for entry identification. To do so, insert the card into the ticket slot provided
You can use one of the means of identification stored for this reservation for entry and exit. You will find the identification media on your reservation confirmation. If you stored your number plate details, they should be recognised automatically on entry and exit and open the barrier. If you want to leave the car park more than 12 hours before the booked exit, the number plate will not be accepted at the exit for security reasons and another identification medium must be used to exit. You can always use the QR code on your reservation confirmation for identification purposes..
You can validate the ticket that was drawn by mistake using the QR code from your reservation at the pay station, which will activate your reservationTo do so, first insert the paper ticket into the machine; the regular parking rate will be displayed. Now please hold the QR code from your reservation in front of the scanner on the pay station. The ticket is validated and remains in the pay station. To exit, please use one of the identification media stored for this reservation.
The means of identification you select must be valid at least until the end of your parking period, otherwise it will not be recognised. If your means of identification is no longer valid, you can also use the QR code on the reservation confirmation. If you specified your car registration number when booking, you can use this as your means of identification.
No, you can drive directly to the exit and use the means of identification you used when entering. Depending on the means of identification you are using: either hold this (reservation confirmation) in front of the QR code reader or enter it into the slot (credit card) at the barrier. If you specified your car registration number when booking and used this as your identification on entering, the barrier will automatically open when you reach the exit.
In this case, the extra parking time will be charged in accordance with the tariff notice for the respective car park. Parking is usually charged by the hour, and for longer overruns by the day. If you use a credit card to leave the car park, the additional parking fee will be debited directly from your credit card at the exit barrier. Additional charges can be paid with any credit card (MasterCard, Amex, VISA) at the exit. If you do not have a credit card, please pay the additional amount by scanning the QR code from your reservation at one of our automatic pay stations. You will receive a receipt as proof of payment.

The display “Zero free parking spaces” simply means that those who have not booked a parking space online may not drive into the car park. As a parking customer with a reservation, you can still enter using your selected means of identification. We can guarantee that there is a free parking space for you.
The booking grants you one entry and one exit to the booked car park. As soon as you exit, your booking is deemed to have been fulfilled and you cannot re-enter without pulling a ticket.
Questions about online reservation
Free rebooking is possible once if the customer has registered in the online booking system, the change is made at least 24 hours in advance (before the start of the booked rental period) and there is a maximum of 24 hours between the start of the previous and the newly booked rental period.
Should the rebooking result in a more favourable rate, a refund is not possible.
If you book without registration, you cannot change or upgrade your reservation.
You can cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before the booked entry. A refund of the reservation fee is excluded. If you do not use the reserved parking space without a cancellation, you are not entitled to a refund of the parking fee.
With the booking confirmation you receive per e-mail, you will also receive an invoice (Page 2). On Page 3, you will find a one-time mandate for a SEPA direct debit, which you do not need to sign or return to us. To read the complete confirmation of reservation, you will require the Acrobat-Reader, which is available free of charge in the Internet.

Yes, you can make several reservations for the same period. In this case, please select the QR-code or the car registration number as the means of identification for entry and exit. A credit card cannot be used for such multiple reservations.
Questions about reservation times
The maximum parking time is 10 days in P1 and 6 weeks in P2, P3 and P-North. If your booking exceeds the maximum parking period of 10 days in P1 and 6 weeks in P2, P3 or P-North, you will have to pay the parking fee for the part exceeding the booked period when leaving the car park or at the automated pay machine at the current rates for this parking area.
The minimum parking period for online reservations is 24 hours for car parks P1, P2 and P-North and 48 hours for P3.

Current Traffic Concept
- Classic: You take a ticket at the entrance barrier. This ticket will be connected with your license plate and enables the ticketless entry and exit to and off every further car park. If you wish to pay your parking fee at one of our pay stations, you have to insert your ticket there.
- Credit card: On entering and leaving, you lift the barrier by inserting your credit card; you will be automatically billed the amount due.
- Reservation: If you have not entered your license plate during your reservation process, the barrier will be lifted if you read in the QR-Code on you acknowledge mail or with the credit card you used for your payment.
Once you have passed through the barrier system, you can wait in front of the Terminal for up to ten minutes (maximum 1 times per day). After these ten minutes, the following tariffs will apply: Parking for up to 15 minutes costs 8€, up to 30 minutes 17€. Of course, it is cheaper to use the car parks from the outset, also the short-term parking zones.
Within the cost-free 10 minutes (maximum 1 times per day), the ticket will lift the barrier for exit without any additional stamping, if the barrier does not open automatically.
You can pay per credit card directly at the barrier. At the pay stations, you can pay with cash, EC- or Maestro cards as well as credit card (Amex, MasterCard, VISA).
